[ixpmanager] Problem SFLOW P2P Graphs

Hi,

you have:

 >         sflowtool = /home/sflow

which, based on it being in the /home folder, I'm assuming '/home/sflow' 
is a directory.

If you check out the docs here:

https://docs.ixpmanager.org/features/sflow-p2p/#ixpmanagerconf

you'll see 'sflowtool' should be the location of the sflowtool binary.
