[ixpmanager] Problem SFLOW P2P Graphs

Hi Team IXP Manager,

I have an issue config sflow p2p graph, in step Starting 
sflow-to-rrd-handler I get error massage about permission

Can't exec "/home/sflow": Permission denied at ./sflow-to-rrd-handler 
line 130.
readline() on closed filehandle SFLOWTOOL at ./sflow-to-rrd-handler line 
133.
Can't kill a non-numeric process ID at ./sflow-to-rrd-handler line 231.

which permission should I change?
