[ixpmanager] Ubuntu 20 LTS fresh install

Thanks Tomasz.

This seems to happy in the minority of automated installs and is 
possible something to do with escaping (or lack of) some of the hashed 
symbols. I haven't managed to track it down.

We plan to add a cli command to reset it soon.
