[ixpmanager] Ubuntu 20 LTS fresh install

Hi,

I noticed that after fresh install under Ubuntu 20 LTS I can not login
as admin user. After automated script ends the db entry contains
"password: *0" which I suspect indicates some error.

I needed to use php -r 'echo password_hash (thanks to video tutorial for
manual install - where I found it) and manually update my user in the
database. After that I'm able to login to GUI
