[ixpmanager] OSS_SNMP exception

Good evening,
when I try to add a switch via SNMP, the switch is correctly loaded, but no
ports are shown. If I try to execute this command:
./artisan switch:snmp-poll
I get:
OSS_SNMP exception polling switch ports for myswitch by SNMP.

I am using IXP Manager V5.5.0 on Ubuntu 18.0.4.
