[ixpmanager] Inter POP Trunk Graphs in new 5.7 deployment

I tried for a bout 45 minutes to troubleshoot it without the skins . . . 
didn't work

Deployed as core bundle and worked right away. ;)

VXLAN between 2 two switches and L2-LAG from vxlan switches to 1g distros.

I re-enabled the skinning

Both ecmp and L2-LAG seem to be ok.
