[ixpmanager] Errors on switch - cannot add, delete

An update on this. I have managed to delete the switch by changing it from
active to inactive. Re-added it via SNMP, it shows all the ports when I run
a live view but when I try to provision ports for a member it does not
display any ports. The list is empty. Please help?
