[ixpmanager] Errors on switch - cannot add, delete

Hi all,

Need some help. We have an Arista DCS-7160-48YC6 (EOS 4.26.9M) and a few
peers configured. I noticed that some member ports were not allocated
correctly and went in to fix this - only to find that I cannot add or
delete ports and any modifications kick up errors.

I thought about the nuclear option - delete the switch completely and then
add it back via sNMP and reconfigure peer ports accordingly but it says it
cannot delete because it has active ports.

Kind of stuck and asking for help/guidance/advice?
