[ixpmanager] IXP Manager v7 and XCP-NG/XenServers

Taking advantage of the related topic.

Any moves to an official more sliced deployment recipes of IXPM based on
podman(or docker or lxc)?
The idea is to convert it into helm recipes.

Other forecasting on roadmap questions:
- Any work with Bird3? There is some small syntax changes that I feel
affects how IXPM used bird.
- Have you considered using BGPq4?
