correct.  This is determined by the MAX_ROUTES environment variable in 
the .env /srv/birdseye/ file on the route servers. For example:

> rs1:/srv/birdseye> grep MAX_ROUTES birdseye-rs1-lan1-ipv4.env
> MAX_ROUTES=20000
> rs1:/srv/birdseye>
