[ixpmanager] DMARC failures ?

This is difficult, and there are no good options for handling it.

The options are:

1. live with it
2. rewrite From: address to be ixpmanager at inex.ie (breaks DKIM + messes 
up From line which makes replying problematic)
3. rewrite From: address to be ixpmanager at inex.ie + encapsulate original 
email as attachment (breaks less, but virtual unusable)
