We use two SuperMicro Atom c3758 running VMWare ESX /w separate VM's for BIRD and IX manager. EX4300-32F as our peering switch.

We also have a VPN router (old Juniper SRX) to manage everything safely.

We are very small with mostly 1G ports and 4 members.
