[ixpmanager] Weathermap in IXP Manager

Hi guys,
I hope everyone is well and in good health. :)
I was checking INEX's IXP Manager public page and noticed the Weathermaps (
https://ibb.co/RNQXBSf) and I would like to add them to my IXP Manager as
well. I checked the documentation but I wasn't able to find any mention to
weathermaps. Does anyone know how to implement that?
