first guess would be to check that the web-server user (typically 
www-data) has RW permissions to /srv/ixpmanager/storage/*
it looks like you’re trying to write a file to cache/data/.. and 
that’s failing.

we had this happen once;  we were not able to determine why it occurred, 
but a quick chown+chmod fixed it.
