Hi Benny,

IXP Manager is community supported.

Installing and operating IXP Manager requires some proficiency in being
able to use one of the open source unix clones (e.g. Linux or FreeBSD),
and also a knowledge of how Internet Exchanges operate.

You're very welcome to ask support questions on ixpmanager at inex.ie and
we'll try to answer them to the best of our ability.
