[ixpmanager] Error of ixp manager v3.8

hello everyone.
thanks for help:
i moved my database from mysql5.7 to 5.6 but
1-customers
2-Contacts
3-Switches
4. IP Addressing
which displays nothing at all, and sending me an error message.
the log file is in attachment.

can we use lighttpd for this.

and last a off-topic question.

is there any open source application for ISP (Internet service providers)?
