[ixpmanager] Error of ixp manager v3.8

hello everyone.
I install the IXP Manager, but I always have little problems in it:
1-customers
2-Interface
3-Contacts
4-Switches
5. IP Addressing
which displays nothing at all, and sending me an error message.

the log file is in attachment.
