[ixpmanager] MRTG graph

Hello All.

I need to link my MRTG graph to an external server 
(www.someserver.net/mrtg)  from IXP manager.
I had tried my hand on 
https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/wiki/MRTG---Traffic-Graphs but still 
no success.

Graphs should be pointing at the total graph which when click can open 
the server  (www.someserver.net/mrtg) graphs

What are the step to do as to achieve this.

Please HELP!!
