[ixpmanager] Can't select a port

Any idea of why I couldn't select port 1 on a particular switch for a customer? It's set as a peering port, no one else is assigned that port and yet when I try to assign this customer to that port it says, " Please select a switch port" despite me selecting that port from the drop down list.
