I'd be interested to know what cisco platforms support l2 netflow. The 
only ones I'm aware of (pfc3/pfc4 and c3560/c3750 NM 10G uplink modules) 
don't support it well enough to be able to use it for this purpose. 

Cisco N3K boxes support sflow, if you need to use cisco kit for IXPs.
