[ixpmanager] Switch Port Types

For some clarification on my question, those members are provisioned on additional physical ports for the extra services. Those ports are placed on VLANs that are not the IX vlan.

We have a similar problem where we need certain ports to be excluded 
from the stats and/or it breaks our member list scripts etc. 

There seemed to be some reluctance to add any new port types, and the 
answer I got was along the lines of "No. make your network work with 
IXP Manager's port types." 

Ho hum. 

Perhaps others will have more success or can contribute a patch to do 
this.
