I'm trying to setup IXP Manager. Might I suggest a more basic flat text configuration with more optional\additional things done via web interface? Flat file contains paths and passwords to basic items needed for the site to load while everything else is done via a web page. Seems like the configuration process would go more smoothly and be less of a monolithic task. Anyway, onto my first error.

Near as I can tell, line 413 in the application.ini is in the middle of a bunch of lines that are commented out. I know the line indiciated isn't always where the correction needs to be made, but in the thick of a bunch of comments... I don't even know where to begin. Lines 399 - 433 are either comments or blank.
