non-SU user in order to get access to DNS/ARPA API?</font></p>
<p><font face="Calibri">I tried with Customer Admin key for main
infrastructure - but got </font><font face="Calibri">"Insufficient
permissions. I presume the SU key gives some more privileges to
other parts of API - and I'd like to avoid that if possible.<br>
