Right, this is not an IXP Manager issue.<br>
<br>
If you cannot poll the switch by standard snmp, IXP Manager won't be able to.<br>
<br>
You're not being forthcoming with details Levi so there is a limit to what we can do to help without guessing. Standard checks would include:<br>
<br>
- switch is ping-able from the IXP Manager host<br>
- snmp v2c configured on the switch<br>
- acl allows snmp requests from the IXP Manager host<br>
- DNS configured correctly and switch name in $hostname correctly resolves<br>
<br>
I've Google'd for values of 'snmp(cmd|get|walk) "no host available"' and I'm not seeing any results that indicate that "No host available" is a standard snmpget response?<br>
