[ixpmanager] Route Server does not show up in IX-F export

Hi Roland,

These should be included by default.

Check that the following query matches your set-up:

https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/blob/main/app/Models/Customer.php#L1129

I.e., the route server member should:

have a virtual interface, with a physical interface that is connected,
and should have a normal status on the customer.
