[ixpmanager] IXP Manager v7.1.0 using unsecured administrative functions internally

These have all been addressed in the commits to date, as well as others.

You should be able to safely pull from release-v7 if you want to benefit 
from them immediately, and INEX is in production with the latest commits 
in that branch.
