[ixpmanager] [RELEASE] V7.0.1 - Post-Release Fixes for v7.0.0

We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of IXP Manager v7.0.1.

INEX installed v7.0.0 in production during a maintenance window earlier this week, and we observed a small number of issues that are corrected in this release.  INEX are not running v7.0.1 in production.

For anyone running v7.0.0, you should upgrade and review the two recommended actions in the release notes.

For anyone who has not yet upgraded to v7.0.0, we have updated the v7.0.0 upgrade instructions in the release notes [1] so that you will upgrade directly to v7.0.1, skipping v7.0.0.

Please feel free to follow up with any issues or questions when upgrading.
