Hi Salvador,

INEX runs ixp manager on xcp-ng virtual machines, so this config will 
work fine. The IXP Manager app can use Vagrant, but it's a LAMP 
application which was designed to be portable, so it will run on lots of 
systems. We run some bits on ubuntu and other bits on freebsd.
