[ixpmanager] Nokia SRLinux

Hi Pim,

looks like the old problem of confusion between the ifName, ifDescr and 
ifAlias OIDs.

Could you capture and send us the output of snmprec against one of these 
devices so that we could take a look at supporting it in OSS_SNMP?
