[ixpmanager] Getting 405 method not allowed upon creating switches

Hello Barry, all,

The switch creation in IXP Manager works when I assign it a rack. My previous tests that brought up the 405 were without assigning the switch to a rack.

So I guess there is some business logic to be reviewed here; either make the rack field mandatory (it currently isn’t), or rework the code to not throw an error when it’s left empty. Let me know if you want me to create an issue for that.

We were planning on using the least info possible on the physical facilities, because we have that information already in Netbox, and obviously we want to avoid duplicating info.
