[ixpmanager] Getting 405 method not allowed upon creating switches

Hello experts,

I’m hitting a problem in our IXP Manager install. When trying to add switches, I always end up getting a 405 method not allowed error.

Any pointers? Any log file I can look at to find out what happened?
