[ixpmanager] IXP MGR Graphs not displaying after 6.3 upgrade

MICE upgraded to IXP Manager 6.3 (up from 5.6 in steps). After the
upgrade, none of the graphs display on the website. The RRD files
appear to still be updating but there is no image inside the image tag
in the served html:

After the upgrade we had a couple of php 8.1 packages but they were
then swung back to 8.0 with the same result.
