[ixpmanager] Issue with mac addresses not updating after conversion to 6.2

Here is what I'm getting

iirc, Arista will only expose the Q-BRIDGE-MIB if there is a port 
enabled with a vlan. I.e. should work fine with Arista on production 
devices.
