[ixpmanager] Problem with Looking Glass

Thanks Aleksandr.

Fixed now via:

https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/commit/5f7b338b16189c9284bf133f1fd8ca94355967fb

and will be in the next release. As you're on v6.2.0, it should be safe 
to pull from release-v6 to get this in and working on your portal.

By the way, for verifiable bugs, feel free to open GitHub issues rather 
than the mailing list - less chance they'll get lost 😉
