[ixpmanager] php error-installation

Check the installation log file as it seems as if the required files are
"missing" so may not be accessible to apache/php/laravel.

Confirm that the ownerships/permissions set appropriately (for running with
target user/group) and, if necessary, re-apply permissions (as per script)
and restart.
