[ixpmanager] Mailing about new router connected to IXP

Hi all,

Is it possible to send an email to the maling list as soon as new IP addresses were assigned to IXP members?
I did not find this in the documentation.
Quite a nice feature to notify list subscribers about new IP assignments so they can reach new members about peering established.
