[ixpmanager] MRTG collector is on a different server

GRAPHER_BACKEND_MRTG_WORKDIR needs to be set to the directory where the 
.rrd / .log files are located.  In your case, you seem to be saying that 
this is "/var/www/cgi-bin"?  If this is the case, then maybe this would 
work?

GRAPHER_BACKEND_MRTG_WORKDIR="/var/www/cgi-bin"
