[ixpmanager] Looking Glass Issues with BIRD 1.6.8 / CentOS 7 Hosts

Slight update, took a little while to display but the Live Status summary page now shows all of the sessions which are up for both RS1 & RS2. Still getting the 500 Internal Error for all RS instances when clicking through on link below the Handle heading.
