[ixpmanager] as-sets visible to customers

Hi

 

Is there possibility that as-seta in IXP-manager  is visible to customers
(their own as-sets).

Some of them are having different as-sets than peeringdb, some of them don't
use peeringdb.

In this case we can ask them to check current values in IXP manager.
