[ixpmanager] Every thing is ok at sflow but rrd files not ok , why?

"sflowtool -4 -p 6343 -l" shows that the sflow feed is only sending CNTR
records, not FLOW records.

CNTR records are interface counters from the switch ports. FLOW records
are sampled packets of traffic running through the switch. IXP Manager
needs the flow records to create RRD files. So this looks like a switch
problem.

Incidentally, sflow does not work properly on Cisco switches because
there is no way to select ingress-only traffic: the switches will send
ingress+egress traffic, which will cause all traffic to be double counted.
