ok great.  We'll make sure this is fixed properly in the next release.

When you upgrade next time, can you first run the following command 
before starting the upgrade:

% cd /srv/ixpmanager
% git checkout database/Entities/Switcher.php

If you don't do this, the checkout will fail and the upgrade won't 
proceed properly.
