Shahab,

user auditing functionality has not been a specific design goal of IXP 
Manager to date and anything that did / does exist is on an adhoc basis.

There is an open issue for this feature here:

https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/issues/395

If this is important to you, you should +1 / comment on that issue.

There's backend / framework redesign work that is currently in progress 
that will make this much easier to implement.
