[ixpmanager] snmp php not found error

The following error message started showing up yesterday when trying to do
a live view on the ports on the switches.

It looks like the PHP SNMP package is not installed. This is required!

We did apt-get install for php-snmp and it installed php-snmp and snmp. But
the error persists. We're not aware of any changes and it was working
prior. We also restarted the system without result.

Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-53-generic x86_64)
