[ixpmanager] Change logo

Hi Fabiano,

there's two logo parameters - our equivalents are:

IDENTITY_LOGO="/srv/ixpmanager/public/images/inex-logo-150x73.jpg"
IDENTITY_BIGLOGO="https://www.inex.ie/ixp/images/inex-logo-600x228.jpg"

I.e. IDENTITY_LOGO is a filesystem path and IDENTITY_BIGLOGO is a URL.
