[ixpmanager] Route server not reflecting prefixes.

Great - increasing the php memory config will fix this.

Can you pastebin the config of one of the peers, e.g. everything 
relating to AS32590, and also what prefixes they are injecting?  Have 
you reloaded bird (i'm sure you have, but it's important to check)?
