Thanks for pointing that out. I've explicitly added the Telescope 
migrations not in commit:

I cannot reproduce this. I have set some last_updated to null and I can 
access the router list and router view without issue.

If you can provide instructions to reproduce, can you open an issue on 
GitHub?
