only where this is validation happening, of course .., but yes.

ottomh, tix, napafrica, and INX-ZA have AS0 ROAs in this region.  i 
don’t think any of us have experienced any issues.  i expect we’ll 
teach the how-and-why, at the next afix meetup, to others.  (bear in 
mind afrinic did not allow AS0 registrations until just a few months 
ago)

INX has ROAs for the /48s, and not the /64s.
