[ixpmanager] v5 Thoughts?

Jokes aside. Documentation is great, mainly copy paste. Very straight forward, including the new parts for RPKI etc. We went from 4.9.3 => 5.0.0.

    Many many times in development. Travis CI does it on every commit. It's 
    not that much different from v4 in this regard.
