[ixpmanager] IXP Manager v5, OSS_SNMP and Huawei S6720 CE8860

Thanks for the below.

On the issue with being unable to detect ports on the CE8860 - the SNMP 
walk looks fine and normal. Can you recheck that you can snmp poll the 
switch from the server where IXP Manager is installed? And note that IXP 
Manager only supports snmp v2c.

For detection of the OS / model for both switches. This is not an IXP 
Manager feature - can you follow this instructions for OSS_SNMP here please:
