[ixpmanager] Customer overview error 500 | ixpmanager v5

Looks like you left 'Corporate Website' black when added the customer 
that triggers this?

If you put in a URL, this will solve the issue for now.

I have pushed a fix for this for the next release for situations where 
it is blank/null as it is not a required field [1].
